  • Pay: $17 – 20/hr – Based on Experience

     

    Schedule: Flexible but generally 8 AM – 3 PM Monday - Friday

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provides administrative support to endure efficient office operations.

    • Answering Calls

    • Managing Phone System

    • Dispatch Calls

    • Manage the route schedule

    • Vendor Management

    • Accounts Receivables

    • Collecting, scanning, and filing paperwork from technicians

    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

     

    Skills

    • Maintaining physical and digital filing systems

    • Experience with standard office programs such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online.

    • Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems

    • Accurate record keeping

    • Written communication skills

    • Time management, multitasking, and flexibility

    • Organizational skills

    • Accuracy and attention to detail

    • Supply management and inventory control

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree a plus

    • Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting a plus

  • Arrowhead Septic is looking for reliable septic and grease trap pumping technicians. The primary responsibilities for this job are driving to multiple locations to provide pumping services for septic and grease tanks. Technicians must be able to communicate and educate customers and provide excellent customer service.

    Full-time position

    Pay: starting at $27 (based on experience)

    Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:30AM start time, off by roughly 3PM (summer/winter hours may vary based on weather conditions)

    Requirements:

     Class A or B CDL license required

    • No CDL restrictions

    • No septic experience needed, willing to train besides driving

    • Must have experience driving a manual commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations.

    • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test

    • Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds daily
